What's inside

Everything a modern course needs, under one roof

Instructional design

Learning objectives, curriculum architecture, storyboards, and assessment strategy from senior designers who've shipped for Fortune 1000 audiences.

Learning experience design

Beyond slides: flow, motivation, practice loops, and interface decisions that make learners finish courses instead of abandoning them.

Scenario & branching practice

Realistic decisions with consequences, the instructional pattern with the strongest transfer to on-the-job behavior.

AI tutors & role-play

Course-embedded assistants that answer questions, run practice conversations, and give feedback, grounded in your content, not the open internet.

Adaptive assessments & paths

Question banks with difficulty calibration, plus role- and level-based content variations that would be cost-prohibitive to author manually.

SCORM, xAPI & cmi5 packaging

SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI with LRS statements, cmi5, and legacy AICC, correctly implemented and tested in the target LMS, not just SCORM Cloud.

Microlearning & video

Microlessons, explainer videos, and job aids produced fast, designed for mobile, optimized for retention.

Localization at scale

AI-assisted translation with human review, keeping terminology and tone consistent across every language your client needs.

Accessibility (WCAG)

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, contrast, and captions, so compliance training is itself compliant.

Where AI earns its place

AI-accelerated, never AI-abandoned

Human review, always

AI drafts scenarios, variations, and assessments; a senior instructional designer signs off on accuracy, tone, and instructional soundness before anything ships. Nothing goes client-facing on model output alone.

Your voice, your client's data protected

Style references built from your brand guidelines keep drafts in your voice. Client materials run through business-grade AI tools with training disabled, and never train public models.

QA process

Tested where it will actually run

1

Standards validation

Package structure, manifest, and API calls verified against the spec, completion, score, suspend data, and session time all reporting correctly.

2

Cross-LMS testing

Uploaded and run in the target platform, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors, Moodle, or your client's stack, not just SCORM Cloud.

3

Browser & device pass

Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, plus tablet and mobile where the audience needs it. Interactions, media, AI tutor, and bookmarking checked on each.

4

Accessibility check

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, contrast, and captions reviewed against WCAG guidance before your client ever sees the build.

Scope This For Your Next Course

Most builds start within 1–2 weeks. Urgent projects mobilize in 48–72 hours.

Common scenarios

What we're usually called in for

New course builds

Storyline, Rise, and Captivate development, designed from objectives up and packaged to the standard your client's LMS needs.

Modernization & AI upgrades

Flash-era or click-next content rebuilt as responsive modules, with AI tutors, adaptive assessments, and better practice added where they pay off.

Broken tracking rescue

Courses that launch but won't mark complete, lose bookmarks, or double-report, diagnosed and fixed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

If the LMS is unknown or older, SCORM 1.2 offers the widest compatibility. Choose SCORM 2004 for multi-module sequencing and richer completion logic. Choose xAPI when you need tracking outside the LMS or deeper analytics via an LRS. We advise per project, usually in your scoping call.
No. AI accelerates drafting; it doesn't replace design. Learning objectives, structure, assessments, and final language are owned by senior instructional designers. Nothing ships on model output alone.
A course-embedded assistant that answers learner questions, runs role-play practice, and gives feedback in your content's voice, grounded in your material rather than the open internet. Used well, it turns passive modules into practice, which is where behavior change happens.
Yes. We rebuild legacy content as responsive HTML5 modules in Articulate 360 or Captivate, preserving the instructional intent while upgrading interactions, accessibility, and tracking.
Yes, and we test in the actual target platform, not just SCORM Cloud. Workday Learning and Cornerstone both have platform-specific quirks we account for during packaging and QA.
Client materials are handled under NDA, processed through business-grade AI tools with training disabled, and never used to train public models. Where a client restricts AI use entirely, we follow the service agreement. Everything ships white-label.
